Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the terms of use of the Rappelz Synergy game server (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "Server"), located at rappelz-synergy.com. The Service Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") provides users (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "Player") with access to the game server under the terms set forth in this Agreement. By registering on the Service or using it, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.

2. Service Description

Rappelz Synergy is a Rappelz MMORPG game server that provides users with the opportunity to play a multiplayer online game. The Service includes: a game server with characters and game world; a website for account management, balance top-up, and purchase of game items; a user support system; a partner program. The Administration reserves the right to change, supplement, or remove Service functionality without prior notice to Users.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Comply with game rules and community behavior standards
• Not use cheats, bots, macros, and other programs that provide unfair advantages

3. Registration and User Accounts

To use the Service, the User must complete the registration procedure by creating a unique account. During registration, the User undertakes to provide accurate information. One physical user may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts by one user is prohibited and may result in blocking of all accounts. The User is fully responsible for the security of login credentials (username and password) and for all actions performed using their account. Upon detection of unauthorized access to the account, the User must immediately notify the Administration. The Administration is not responsible for damage caused as a result of unauthorized access to the User's account.

4. In-Game Behavior Rules

The User undertakes to comply with the following rules: treat other players with respect, do not use insults, threats, discrimination on any grounds; do not distribute spam, advertising of third-party services without the Administration's permission; do not use profanity in public channels; do not disrupt the gameplay of other users; comply with fair play rules. Violation of behavior rules may result in a warning, temporary or permanent account ban.

5. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited: use of cheats, bots, macros, game client modifications that provide unfair advantages; attempts to hack, break into other users' accounts or server infrastructure; use of game bugs to gain advantages; sale, purchase, or exchange of game items, currency, or accounts for real money outside the official store; use of other users' accounts; distribution of malicious software; creation and distribution of fake news that damages the Service's reputation. For violation of these prohibitions, the Administration has the right to apply sanctions, including irreversible deletion of the account and all game data.

6. Payments and Game Currency

The User may top up their game balance through official payment systems specified on the website. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Game currency (RS) and game items purchased with real money are virtual objects and have no real value. The Administration does not guarantee the possibility of exchanging game currency or items for real money, except in cases provided for by the partner program. Refunds for purchased game items or currency are not made, except in cases of technical failures confirmed by the Administration. All transactions are recorded in the system and can be checked in the User's personal account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, software, game characters, items, and other elements, is the intellectual property of the Administration or copyright holders and is protected by copyright laws. The User receives a limited right to use the Service for personal purposes. Copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of the Service content without written permission from the Administration is prohibited. Game characters, items, and other game property are virtual objects and cannot be the subject of real transactions.

8. Partner Program

The Administration provides Users with the opportunity to participate in the partner program. The terms of the partner program may be changed by the Administration at any time. Partner payments are made in accordance with the program rules published on the website. The Administration reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of the partner program, as well as to refuse participation without explanation. The use of artificial inflation, creation of fake referrals, or other methods of deceiving the partner system is prohibited.

9. Technical Works and Service Availability

The Administration reserves the right to conduct technical work, updates, and maintenance of the Service at any time. During technical work, access to the Service may be limited or completely terminated. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service and is not responsible for possible failures, data loss, or Service unavailability. The User understands and agrees that:

• The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind
• The Administration does not guarantee the safety of game data during technical failures
• The Administration may change game balance, item characteristics, and other game parameters
• The Administration may temporarily or permanently close the Service without prior notice
• The Administration does not compensate for losses of game items, currency, or progress resulting from technical failures

10. Moderation and Sanctions

The Administration moderates the Service and has the right to apply sanctions to Users who violate this Agreement or game rules. Types of sanctions: warning; temporary account ban from 1 hour to 30 days; permanent account ban with deletion of all data; IP address blocking; deletion of game items, currency, or characters. The decision to apply sanctions is made by the Administration unilaterally and is final. The User has no right to demand compensation for applied sanctions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Administration is not responsible for: any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service; loss of game data, items, currency, or progress for any reason; actions of third parties, including hackers, fraudsters, or other malicious actors; technical failures, software or hardware errors; damage caused to the User as a result of their violation of this Agreement. The maximum liability of the Administration is limited to the amount paid by the User for the use of paid services of the Service within the last 12 months.

12. Confidentiality

The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the website. The User agrees that the Administration may use their personal data to provide services, communicate with the User, improve the quality of the Service, and for other purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes and disagreements arising between the User and the Administration are subject to settlement through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute is submitted for consideration in accordance with the law. The User has the right to contact the support service to resolve disputed issues. The Administration undertakes to consider the appeal within a reasonable time and provide a response.

14. Changes to Agreement Terms

The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the website. The User undertakes to periodically familiarize themselves with the current version of the Agreement. Continued use of the Service after changes means the User's full and unconditional agreement with the new version of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Service and delete their account.
